Haarlem, November 17, 2025 – From June 26 through July 4, 2026, the 32nd edition of Haarlem Baseball Week will be held. At the Pim Mulier Stadium, six national teams, including the Kingdom Team, will compete for the coveted victory and points toward the world rankings. Following an extensive evaluation of the 2024 edition, the board, led by chairman Peter Van der Aart, has decided to expand Baseball Week into a nine-day event.
“We’d like to treat our fans to an extra day of top-notch baseball, great atmosphere, and a fun time. That extra day gives us more breathing room in the schedule and the opportunity to welcome even more fans to the stadium,” said Van der Aart. “This also means that the playoffs will last three days instead of two. That gives us a little more flexibility in case of unfavorable weather conditions.”
The chairman, who is currently working on the second edition, is eagerly looking forward to next summer: “In 2026, we will once again offer a wide range of elite sports, entertainment, food and drink, and activities. We look forward to packed stands and spectacular matches.”
Construction work on the gymnastics hall
Despite the ongoing construction work on the gymnasium next to the stadium, the organizers do not anticipate any disruptions to the event.
Van der Aart: “We are in close contact with the municipality and the contractor, who have confirmed that the event can take place safely. Working with our partners, the board has sought creative solutions that, while giving theBaseball Week fanzone a different look, still preserve familiar elements such as entertainment, hospitality, and quality food and beverage service.”
Ticket sales begin on November 20
