The WBSC-accredited tournament generally features six teams from different countries, all of which are among the world's best.
The participating countries are invited exclusively by Baseball Week. Since 1961, each edition of Baseball Week has provided a platform for the Dutch (Kingdom) team to compete with the world's best.
