By paying the admission fee for an event organized by Stichting Honkbalweek Haarlem (HWH), the purchaser/ticket holder agrees to these general terms and conditions and the privacy statement of HWH, as well as the terms of use and privacy policy of CM.com, our ticketing partner.

1. Your purchase

  • After completing your purchase and payment, you will receive a confirmation email and an e-ticket from CM.com.
  • The e-ticket is your admission ticket and is unique: each ticket has a barcode that is scanned once at the entrance.
  • Resale or copying of e-tickets is prohibited. Violators may be denied admission without refund.

2. Checking and errors in orders

  • Always check the quantity, date, and price of your order before confirming.
  • CM.com may block a purchase if it suspects that the information provided is incorrect.
  • CM.com is not liable for damage caused by incorrect information.
  • CM.com does not accept ticket returns.

3. Payment

  • CM.com offers secure payment methods: iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, PayPal.
  • Your payment is secured via SSL; credit card details are not stored by CM.com or HWH.
  • HWH does not process payments; CM.com is responsible for financial processing.

4. Statutory cooling-off period

  • Tickets are time-bound and are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Program changes and cancellations

  • HWH strives to implement the program as stated on your ticket.
  • We reserve the right to change start times and components if necessary.
  • In the event of cancellation, postponement, or non-completion of matches, no refunds or compensation will be given.

6. Safety, damage, and responsibilities

  • Visitors must follow all instructions, warnings, and house rules given by HWH staff and/or posted on the official website (www.honkbalweek.nl).
  • Weapons, sharp objects, professional recording equipment, glassware, fireworks, alcohol, or drugs are prohibited.
  • HWH may inspect bags and refuse entry in the event of violations.
  • Visitors are personally liable for any damage or injury caused by themselves.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Damage on and around the event site cannot be recovered from HWH.
  • HWH shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption of services caused by a force majeure event, regardless of whether such events were foreseeable, and such failure or delay shall not constitute a material breach of the ticket agreement. "Force majeure" means any cause beyond the reasonable control of a party that could not have been avoided by exercising reasonable care, such as acts of war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, denial of or delays in processing export license applications, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or epidemics and pandemics.

7. Third-party sellers on site

  • HWH may allow third parties (merchandise, food trucks, promotional stands) onto the event site.
  • Sales transactions by third parties are not automatically covered by these terms and conditions.
  • All third parties are required to:
    • comply with HWH's safety and house rules;
    • follow instructions from HWH employees;
    • be responsible for their own products and transactions.
  • HWH is not liable for products, services, or damage caused by third parties.

8. Communication and visual material

  • By purchasing a ticket, you give HWH permission to use photos and videos in which you are visible for promotional purposes and live streaming.

9. Privacy and data processing

  • Personal data of ticket purchasers is received from CM.com and processed in accordance with the law.
  • Your data will be used for your visit, marketing, market research, and information about events. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
