Van Dee: “I am honored with the appointment as chairman and very happy that the Honkbalweek for Haarlem is preserved. There is now an enthusiastic team that strives for a Baseball Week as a Baseball Week should be: with a strong field of participants, lots of audience in the stands and fun events around the games. The key to success according to the organization lies in connecting this beautiful sporting event with businesses and institutions in Haarlem and surrounding areas so we can build a solid foundation for years to come. We are very much looking forward to the Baseball Week back to Haarlem to give. Because the two are obviously inseparable”.
